As President and co-owner, Bruce Crockett shapes the strategic direction of AIA - Solutions, Inc. and. leads the continuing growth and development of AIA - Solutions, Inc. as a cutting edge, promotional products company. This has resulted in the production of a new, user-friendly, promotional products website that continues to reach new levels of excellence and ease of use for promotional product buyers. He has had 25 years of experience in both the supplier and distributor sides of business, and uses his extensive knowledge to serve our clients.

As a 28 year veteran to the promotional products industry and co-owner of AIA – Solutions, Inc., John Rountree brings industry expertise and experience to all of his clients. The thousands of projects he's worked on have given him the insight to spot new products that are winners in terms of design, functionality and price, as well as the ability to match clients' advertising and budget needs to the right products. He works with clients and also behind the scenes on client orders, lending his expertise on imprinting and shipping, to assure that every order that AIA - Solutions, Inc. produces meets our high standards.

A creative and knowledgeable account executive, Ling Sue has been in the promotional products industry for over 10 years, having previously worked in publishing for 6 years. Trained with a fine arts background, she brings a rare combination of technical and design skills to every custom imprinted order produced by AIA - Solutions, Inc. She's resourceful, dedicated to finding imaginative solutions and has been a key player in managing AIA - Solutions, Inc.'s growth.
